Unity is a positive approach to life that recognizes the divine potential within all of us. Our mission at Unity of Vancouver is to empower people to create prosperity, health and loving relationships through the practical application of spiritual principles.
We hold the vision of a world where people are unfolding their unique divine potential and fulfilling their true life purpose through the realization of their oneness with God and each other.
Our teachings are based on a metaphysical interpretation of the Bible and focus on
the spiritual principles of co-creation that Jesus taught and demonstrated. We view the Bible as a map of the soul’s journey and use the symbols in scripture to unlock the symbols in our own consciousness and provide a creative way to interpret and transform our lives.
Unity of Vancouver is a part of an international spiritual movement and is affiliated with Unity School and with the Association of Unity Churches.
We are an evolving spiritual community that is dedicated to sustainable spiritual growth and we warmly invite you to join us in our services, workshops and special events throughout the year.
We invite you to join us for Sunday services and Sunday school at 11:00 a.m. and for refreshments and conversation afterwards.
Our Sunday services are designed to evoke a realization of the divine presence within us all. Our approach includes a lesson on the practical application of spiritual principles (based on a metaphysical interpretation of the Bible), a guided meditation, affirmative prayer and beautiful music.
Sunday School and Child Care: Our program is based on Unity’s teachings and we seek to nurture our children’s spiritual growth through a variety of activities such as music, crafts, drama, prayer and meditation.
Classes, Workshops & Special Events: Join us as we explore and practice Unity principles of spiritual growth in classes, workshops, Members’ Forum presentations and special events as announced.
Pastoral Services: spiritual services in time of important life challenges and milestones, weddings, christenings, memorial services and spiritual counselling.
