We encourage you to participate in as many of these events as possible. These community events will continue. This is your church and your input is important as we all discern God’s will together and co-create this next chapter in Unity of Vancouver’s story.

Vancouver Playback Theatre is coming to Unity

Unity Church invites you to a free performance by Vancouver Playback Threatre

“Playback Theatre is a form of theatre unlike any other. By honouring and celebrating inclusiveness, diversity and our common humanity, and creating space within which to tell our personal stories, Playback Theatre builds trust, changes lives, and enriches communities.”
Join us for a fun and meaningful afternoon where you can volunteer to share a memorable experience you have had in dealing with change in your life, whether it was a change you initiated, or one that came to you and you needed to step up to meet it. Life changes can be challenging and stressful, and they can also open the way for rebirth and renewal.
Using improvisation, intuition, sound, movement, fabric and music, Vancouver Playback Theatre will spontaneously re-enact our stories in compelling, humorous, and imaginative ways. Personal insights can be gained and connections with other Unity members formed as our individual stories are honoured, and our shared human experiences illuminated.
Join us for a powerful afternoon of entertainment, insight and connection. Sharing our stories will help us build a strong and heart connected spiritual community here at Unity.
